Hello Customer Support
I hope you can help me with an issue I'm having. I haven't used my Quest 2 for a while, and now both the PC and mobile versions of the Oculus/Meta app are asking me to log in again, which requires two-factor authentication. Unfortunately, I lost access to my 2FA device when I switched phones, and my old phone number is no longer active. This has completely locked me out of logging into any Meta apps, which is really inconvenient.

The only device I can still access the account on is this Quest 2 itself—I'm currently using it to reach out to you. My Meta account is linked through Google, and I'm happy to provide any information you might need to verify my identity.
